About Us

Jeff Pratt and Julie Mascio Pratt are the owners and operators of Pratt Mascio Self Storage LLC, which provides professional, climate-controlled self storage in Bridgeport, WV. We live in Bridgeport, are members of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, and are proud to have invested in our community.

In our careers to date, Julie has served as an attorney, a procurement and contracting professional, and a business consultant and Jeff served as a construction project manager and a supply chain consultant for a large global firm. In these roles, we learned the value of being friendly, professional, ethical, and responsive in our business dealings. Our roles have also taken us to several different cities and have seen us through a number of life changes.

During this time, we found the need to relocate, downsize, store important documents, properly store family furniture and keepsakes, and retain “stuff” for our children that may or may not be retrieved in the future! We know that others are experiencing the same life changes that we did, and are likely looking for the same high quality, clean, climate-controlled self storage that we were looking for. While it was not always available, we always appreciated the operators who treated us well and were able to provide what we needed at the time. These events inspired us to give back by providing an excellent self storage experience to the Bridgeport, WV community.

Our business philosophy is simple: To offer clean, professional, climate-controlled self storage to customers who are going through many of the same life changes we have experienced, to treat our customer with the personal respect and responsiveness that we want for ourselves, and to be active members of our community. While we are just getting started, we are grateful to have worked closely with a local community bank, have hired local engineers, have hired several local contractors, have purchased the majority of our materials and services from local businesses, and have focused on building a safe, high-quality self storage facility made with largely US produced steel, concrete, and other components.
