Flexibility, accountability to customers spurs growth for Pratt Mascio Storage
Pratt Mascio Storage, a locally owned business in Bridgeport, celebrated significant growth in its first year since opening in early 2019. Owned and operated by Julie and Jeff Pratt, the facility expanded its rentable square footage and built a strong customer base.
The inspiration for the storage facility stemmed from the Pratts’ extensive business travels and multiple relocations, which highlighted the need for high-quality, secure storage with excellent customer service. Committed to providing these features, the couple carefully chose Bridgeport for its ideal location and community ties.
Looking ahead to 2020, the Pratts aim to continue enhancing their facility and delivering exceptional service to their growing customer base.
